About Mykola Kulyk
Originally from Ukraine, I have dedicated over 24 years to the art of Kyokushinkai Karate. My journey began in 2000 in Zaporizhia, evolving from a dedicated young athlete into a multiple-time national tournament medalist and, eventually, a professional coach and certified judge.
With a coaching career that started in 2009, I have spent more than a decade mentoring children, teenagers, and aspiring athletes across cities like Kyiv, Donetsk, and Dnipro. My approach goes beyond physical technique; I specialize in sports psychology and individualized training methods to build not just stronger athletes, but more confident and disciplined individuals.
My Philosophy
I believe that Karate is more than a sport—it is a foundation for life. My mission is to cultivate responsibility, respect, and mental resilience in every student. By focusing on early talent recognition and personalized development, I help students bridge the gap between basic training and competitive excellence.
